Conditional development consent for the re-development was granted under delegation at the Goulburn Mulwaree Ordinary Council Meeting of March 16.
A report to that council meeting said the plans involve:
*demolition of part of an outbuilding and freestanding masonry wall, regrading and resurfacing of the car park, stormwater improvements and line marking
*construction of a new ceiling to the existing Power Centre building, which will continue as a retail premises (a paint store)
*works to the external facade of the Tattersalls Hotel including construction of a new awning and extension of the existing awning, providing new shop fronts to the existing tenanted shops and re-painting
