They had a rare hiccup the week prior, but were back to their scintillating best when they beat the Camden Tigers 3-1 at the Marulan Soccer Fields on Sunday, June 4.
The home side was dominant throughout the match, only conceding a flukish free kick in the latter stages of the second half, but was otherwise untroubled.

Marulan captain James Will said it was a great game of football.
"It was very physical and a bit feisty at times, but it was important for us to get three points," he said.
"We just wanted to bounce back from our loss last week as we played pretty poorly that day."
Marulan had to bounce back to keep the pressure on the table topping Campbelltown Collegians and Will said that was exactly what happened.
"The best thing about our performance was being able to perform better than we did last week," he said.
"We showed more urgency and the boys were keen to get out there to get the win."
As the competition drawers nearer to the halfway mark, Will said he was satisfied with how his side was going.
"There's still one team we haven't played, but other than that, it's been competitive each week and we've had a few good battles," he said.
"Finishing in the top two is the goal, but winning the trophy would be even better."
The Macarthur competition is a step up from the Highlands Soccer Association competition Marulan were apart of last year and Will said the matches were a lot more better and competitive.
"The gameplay is much better and teams like to play for the full 90 minutes," he said.
"In the Highlands competition, teams would give up early, but all teams now play to the final whistle, meaning we can't fall asleep."
Marulan next play Oran Park at the venue from 11am on Sunday, June 18.
