The coffin of Queen Elizabeth II has arrived in Buckingham Palace for the final time ahead of her state funeral on Monday.

Thousands of people lined the route to the palace in the drizzling rain, hoping to catch a glimpse of the herse so they could bid the monarch a final farewell.
Inside the hearse lights illuminated her flag-draped coffin which had a wreath of white flowers on top.
People could be heard calling "God save the Queen" as she passed by.
Inside Buckingham Palace, King Charles III and other close family members waited for her arrival.
The coffin will rest overnight in the Bow Room where the Queen has previously entertained foreign royalty and other high profile visitors.
On Wednesday (UK time) the coffin will be borne in Procession on a Gun Carriage of The King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery to the Palace of Westminster.
The Queen will lie in state in Westminster Hall until the morning of the state funeral on September 19.
Ten everyday Australians were invited to attend the Queen's funeral on Monday, they will travel there alongside Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Governor General David Hurley.
