This was the first year wreaths were laid at the new WWII memorial in Goodhew Park.

Taralga RSL sub branch committee member Richard Davison said memorial was to honour the men and women of Taralga and District who served in WWII.
"There are over 400 names of WWII veterans and successive campaigns on there," he said.
"The idea was thought of during the '50s, a temporary one was put in 1995 and now we have the proper one.
"We managed to get funds through the Taralga Wind Farm via the Taralga Community Grant."
The day started with the dawn service at 5am, followed by a breakfast at the Memorial Hall and an Anzac lunch at the Taralga Sports Club.
Then at 2.45pm, school students, local groups and members of the community marched with veterans and their loved ones along Orchard Street beginning at Taralga Public School.
