During the annual Gordon Hope Memorial Golf Day at the Goulburn Golf Club on Sunday, January 30, about $5000 was raised for the Australian Melanoma Research Foundation.
Barry McIntee donated $2000 of the total on behalf of the Goulburn Invitational Charity Golf Day.
The Hope family have conducted the Gordon Hope Memorial Golf Day for the past 10 years in memory of Gordon Hope.

Gordon passed away with Melanoma in 2010. He was the Goulburn Golf Club president for many years and a keen golfer.
Co-organiser Rona Hope said the day couldn't have been any better.
"Over 104 competitors took part including family, friends and relatives of the Hope family from Sydney and Canberra," Hope said.
"The golf day was played in a spirit of fun and saw plenty of social players participate along with members."
The winners on the day with a very fine score of 51 points were the team consisting of Barry Christoff, Janet Christoff, Rodney Cranston, Louanne Cranston.
Second place getters with a score of 51 and 3/8 were "Michael O'Connor, Grace Prigg, Dean Hudson and Rohan Verco while the Hope family consisting of Rod Hope, Richard Hope, Christopher Hope and Rona Hope, finished in third place with a score of 51 and 5/8.
