You can get up to plenty in the Tablelands this week. Take the family out to the rodeo, explore the wetlands to commemorate World Wetlands Day or enjoy some live music from local entertainers.

World Wetlands Day
- February 2, Goulburn Wetlands off May Street, from 8.30am
Tablelanders can learn more about the wildlife, history and previous floods in the wetlands with free tours from FROGS Landcare.
Bird lovers can join President of the local Field Naturalist Society Frank Atram at 8.30am and 10.30am. FROGS Landcare members will give general tours at 9.30am and 11.30am.
The Australian Plant Society will be on hand to offer access to native plants for home gardens, and Local Land Services may also be present on the day.
People interested in a weekend tour can register their interest at frogslandcare@gmail.com.

The story of how the moon is knocked out of Earth's orbit will be coming to the Tablelands this week. Moonfall stars Halle Berry, John Bradley and Patrick Wilson.

Masters Men Hockey NSW Indoor State Championship
- February 4-6, 47 Braidwood Road, Goulburn
Hockey teams from across the state will battle it out this week. Come along and support the local Goulburn teams.
Bush tradition sessions

Goulburn Rodeo
- February 5, 47 Braidwood Road, Goulburn, from 9am
Get into the country spirit with a rodeo this weekend. Last year's rodeo was cancelled, but it is making a comeback this year. It is one of the oldest rodeos in Australia.
Attendees can purchase tickets at the gate and must check in with the QR codes once they arrive.
Adult tickets are $20 each, $10 for senior card holders, $10 for children aged between seven and 16 and $50 for families. Children under seven can enter for free.

Goulburn Rotary club Book Fair
- February 5-13, Goulburn Scout Hall, from 9am-5pm
Discover a variety of pre-loved books this month. You can browse through the books daily until February 13. All proceeds from the books will go towards Rotary charities and projects. This is a COVID safe event.
St Saviour's Community Craft and Garage Sale
- February 5, St Saviour's Cathedral Hall, Goulburn, 9am-1pm
Discover stalls full of items such as bric-a-brac, crafts, toys, furniture, books and clothes. There will also be refreshments on the day.
Goulburn Country Music Association
- February 6-June 5, Goulburn Workers Club, 11.30am-3.30pm
The first Sunday of the month means lots of country music will be playing at the Goulburn Workers Club.
It is recommended to contact the club prior to attendance because sometimes the event is cancelled due to a sporting event or relocated to another room.

Kick back and relax and sing along as you enjoy your weekend. A mix of Australian, folk, Americana and Celtic songs will be performed.
Tablelanders can enjoy Aussie songs from 1pm to 3pm, and Americana hits from 3pm to 5pm.

Yarralaw Springs Wines: Cellar Door Wine Tasting
- February 6, 133 Muffets Road, Quialigo, 11am-4pm
Have a picnic or relax in the cellar door while you taste some estate-grown wines. The cellar door is open on the first, second and third Sunday of the month.

Bungonia Sunday Breakfast
- February 6, Bungonia Community Hall, 9-11am
Come along for this weekly breakfast ran by the Bungonia Progress Association and local volunteers. All proceeds go back to the Bungonia Press Association INC to keep the hall open.
Attendees can enjoy foods like an English breakfast for four dollars, a bacon and egg roll for five dollars, freshly made coffee for four dollars and pancakes with maple syrup, jam, butter and cream for four dollars.
