As of October 26, 83 per cent of eligible residents in the Goulburn Mulwaree were fully vaccinated. The NSW average comes in at 85.5 per cent.
More than 95 per cent of eligible residents in the region have received a single dose, compared to 93.2 per cent statewide.

One new positive COVID-19 case has been recorded in Goulburn in the 24 hours to 8pm on Tuesday. The case is under investigation. This is the first new case in Goulburn for 10 days.
Additionally, ten new cases have been recorded in the Queanbeyan Palerang region. Eight are in Queanbeyan and two in Karabar with all cases under investigation.
NSW recorded 304 locally acquired cases of COVID-19 in past 24 hours to 8pm, with three deaths.
Vaccination rates in the Upper Lachlan Shire come in at more than 95 per cent single dose with 91.1 per cent fully vaccinated.
Meanwhile, 90.8 per cent of eligible residents in the Wingecarribee region are fully vaccinated with more than 95 per cent first dose.
This comes as travel between regional NSW and Greater Sydney is expected to open up from Monday, November 1.
