Cameron Roberts (A Grade) was too strong for the field that combined all grades. Jeremy Gilchrist (B Grade) was second across the line ahead of the much-improved James Quade (C Grade). James has put his time in lockdown to good use doing some secret training and it is clearly paying dividends.
Wayne Bensley finish second in B Grade followed by Jason Cook.
In C Grade Ian Wardale and Chris Berry took out the minor placings.
Peter Jackson was too strong in D Grade with Keisha Northey finishing second in a welcome return to road racing.
Next Wednesday, October 27, it's back to Wakefield Park again for a Graded Scratch Race (anticlockwise). Sign on is from 5.45pm with racing at 6.15pm. New riders welcome.
