A man has died following a multi-vehicle crash in Sydney's south-west yesterday.

About 3pm on Thursday, October 14, emergency services responded to reports of a crash involving up to 10 vehicles in the northbound lanes of the Hume Motorway at Wilton, just south of Picton Road.
The driver of a Mitsubishi Fuso - a 43-year-old man - was trapped inside his vehicle.
He was released by Fire and Rescue NSW and treated by paramedics, however died at the scene.
Officers from Camden Police Area Command established a crime scene.
Five drivers from other vehicles involved in the crash were taken to Campbelltown Hospital for mandatory testing.
The Crash Investigation Unit have commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
