A truck has crashed on the Hume Highway near Hume Street, closing one of two northbound lanes.

The incident occurred at 1:46 pm on Thursday October 14.
Inspector Matt Hinton said the semi-trailer jack-knifed on to the centre medium strip on the Hume Highway.
"It was a single vehicle accident and no one was injured," he said.
Inspector Hinton said that at the time of the crash, a hail storm was in progress.
Police are on the scene to assist with the recovery of the vehicle.
Motorists are advised to reduce their speed and drive to the conditions.
