Three NSW Ambulance crews were called to the northern Coromandel Street address shortly before 4pm Tuesday.

An ambulance media spokesman said a man, believed to be aged in his fifties, had fallen four metres from the house's roof on to concrete. His fall was broken by a fence.
Paramedics treated him for head, chest and arm injuries. The man was taken to Canberra Hospital by road ambulance in a serious but stable condition.
