According to Fire and Rescue NSW on December 16 at around 8pm crews, including the Rural Fire Service, were called out to a house fire in Middle Arm.

Upon arrival firefighters found the house completely destroyed by fire. According to a spokesperson first arriving crews did manage to save some vintage cars on the property.
A spokesperson from the RFS said the house was an "unattended weekender" at a property on Back Arm Road, Middle Arm. They said police will investigate the cause of the fire.
