A man and woman have reappeared in court in relation to fraud and drug supply.

Simon Walter Paull, 42, and co-accused Georgina Eve Tsakos, 33, both of Goulburn, were before Goulburn Local Court on November 18.
The pair were arrested by officers from the Hume Police District at a property on Kinghorne Street, Goulburn on November 11, 2020 in relation to an investigation into fraud and drug supply in the Southern Tablelands.
Paull has been accused of dishonestly obtaining financial advantage, dealing with identity information to commit an indictable offence, four counts of taking part in the supply of a prohibited drug, concealing a serious indictable offence and possessing or using a prohibited weapon without a permit.
Tsakos has been accused of recklessly dealing with proceeds of crime and goods in personal custody suspected of being stolen.
In court solicitor Kel Clowry put forward an application of conditional bail for Paull.
He said Paull had "always" appeared in court in the past.
"He is going to be in custody for a long time if bail is refused," he said.
Mr Clowry said the court "won't know the strength of the prosecution's case until we get a brief of evidence".
Police prosecutor Enderwick opposed the application for bail.
He said there was an unacceptable risk of Paull committing further offences and he was a danger to the community.
Mr Enderwick said Paull had a "prior history of violence" and that "numerous other criminal identities were known to him".
He said police would allege that the defendant was involved in the supply of drugs to the Goulburn Correctional Centre.
Magistrate Geraldine Beattie rejected the bail application.
She said Paull had multiple allegations against him. She said the set of facts was very detailed and included police interception of phone calls and texts, interception of someone who has just left Paull's house with drugs, and recordings of phone calls.
The magistrate said the "risk of further serious offence and the protection of the community cannot be litigated".
The Tsakos case was adjourned for four weeks.
Paull and Tsakos will reappear at Goulburn Local Court on December 16, 2020.
