Due to COVID-19, the awards were held via a live stream, but that did not dampen the mood among local players, coaches, and administrators as Goulburn took home a combined three prizes and had four players named in Team of the Year sides.
Goulburn women's coach, Naomi Jones, was the first local winner as she claimed the Errol Bill Trophy for women's coach of the year.
Under Jones' guidance, the local women's team surged from the bottom of the ladder to the top four and very nearly defeated the eventual premiers in a nailbiting semi-final.

Though he did not back up his Brophy Medal win from 2019, Ben Staines still finished as the highest goal scorer in the Capital League One competition, which earned him the Deane McLennan Trophy for the second year running.
Staines' influence on Goulburn's fortunes was decisive, and he played a key role in the midfield as the Geckos romped to finals yet again.
Goulburn's final award-winner on the night was local umpire, Kristy Robertson.
For a number of years now, Robertson has been a standout umpire not just locally, but on the national and international scenes as well. The latest addition to Robertson's trophy cabinet was the Hockey ACT Umpire of the Year Award.
The men's and women's teams of the year also featured a number of local names. The only Goulburn woman to qualify was standout teenager, Makayla Jones.
Jones was among Goulburn's most dangerous and effective scorers throughout the season and was a huge contributor to the team's semi-final run.
Ben Staines was also named in the men's team, alongside his brother, Jake, and local legend Glenn Turner.
These three formed the crux of Goulburn's offense throughout the season, and were largely responsible for the consistently strong scores put forward by the side.
