On August 6 the Goulburn Mulwaree Council Traffic Committee voted to install a 'no right-hand turn' sign at the exit of the popular fast food eatery on Auburn Street.
In an Ordinary Council Meeting on August 18, director of operations Matthew O'Rourke said the sign was initially raised during the DA process and in his view "wasn't appropriately addressed".
He said there had been a rise in congestion with motorists taking a right-hand turn and then another right-hand turn onto Auburn Street.
"It makes the intersection exit unnecessarily difficult," Mr O'Rourke said.
A concrete filled rubber kerb with a 'no right turn' sign will be installed in Auburn Street opposite the Hungry Jack's exit and entrance point.
The council will cover the cost of the sign as part of its operational budget.
