Goulburn Post reader April Dumbleton sent in photos and videos of Pejar Dam overflowing on Sunday.
Pejar and Sooley dams are 32cm and 46cm above full storage respectively.
Over 100mm of rainfall was recorded in Goulburn up to midnight on Sunday night.
Meanwhile there was flooding at properties across Goulburn.

A Bureau of Meteorology warning for sheep graziers is still in place.
Farmers are warned that cold temperatures, showers and southerly winds are expected during Monday.
Areas likely to be affected include the Southern Tablelands, the Illawarra and Central Tablelands forecast districts as well as parts of the Hunter and Northern Tablelands forecast districts.
There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
