A NSW Health media spokeswoman confirmed the man's condition on Monday evening.
Paramedics received reports a man had fallen off his motorcycle at about 8pm on Sunday, June 21.
NSW Ambulance Media spokesman said the motorcyclist sustained serious injuries.
The spokesman said the man was transported to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition via a Toll Ambulance rescue helicopter.
Paramedics were assisted by emergency service personnel including NSW Fire and Rescue.
