Today across the region, there's a 95 percent chance of between 10-20mm of rain, with potential thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
Thursday looks significantly colder (a maximum of 12-14 degrees across most centres), with 95-100 percent chance of 10-20mm of rain, and heavier falls further west.

There could also be thunderstorms, snow falling above 1300 metres, and possible hail in the northwest at night.
The first day of May will be potentially dryer, but brace for the first of the really chilly weather, with a range between 1-5 degrees in Crookwell, 4-7 in Goulburn and 3-9 in Braidwood.
