Not even the heat or wind could prevent a massive turnout from being thrilled with what was in store at Goulburn Mulwaree Council's annual event.
Eat Street was filled with a variety of cuisines, such as Italian, Mexican and Indian; and the Night Markets offered a chance to shop locally.
But the event wouldn't be what it is without the kids' zone.
There was a jumping castle, face painting, gaming van, a roving balloon artist, a Christmas-themed activity with the Goulburn Regional Art Gallery, a rock climbing wall, and air-brush tattoos.
With Christmas just around the corner, it was fitting that Santa arrived at the park via a police car blaring its siren while doing a lap.
Kids flocked to the man dressed in red to get photos, to tell him what they wanted for Christmas, and to play with his beard.
Mission Australia's area manager (S/E NSW & ACT) Daniel Strickland said Goulburn Mulwaree Council had done a fantastic job, as usual.
Mission Australia provided the equipment to show the Christmas movie Elf.
