The meeting is to be held on Wednesday, September 11 at the Best Western Motel, Lagoon Street, Goulburn.
Members and their guests are invited to arrive at 5pm for finger food and drinks, with formalities commencing at 5.30pm.
It is important that the business community of the Goulburn district have the opportunity to celebrate the successes of the businesses and their owners and operators.
In a regional centre such as Goulburn, businesses play a vital role in economic and social well-being.
This importance was clearly on display at the Chamber's Excellence in Business Awards gala dinner, held on June 22 this year, which celebrated the contribution of local businesses to the economic engine of the Goulburn district over the previous 12 months.
Just as important as the contribution to that activity by the individual business themselves is the contribution by the chamber itself.
The evening of the AGM will be about celebrating the work and achievements of the chamber over the past 12 months.
It will also provide members and their guests with the opportunity to hear from Mr Lynch about the range of opportunities that the Snowy Hydro 2.0 project will provide for local businesses in Goulburn and the immediate region, and the significant employment it is expected to create.
