Trappers Bakery pies and the loaf are the best in the region and that has been confirmed by the judges of Wollongong Baking Show and the Baking Association of Australia (NSW).

They were awarded the first prize for 'Two Plain Meat Pie' and 'Champion Loaf of the show' among several other awards.
"Trappers Bakery was approached by the Baking Association of Australia and invited to participate in the Wollongong Baking Show," said Rachel Woodman, co-owner of the Trappers Bakery.
"When we entered the baking show, our idea was to showcase the range of products that we have to offer to the people.
"After winning awards in so many categories, it was a confirmation for us that our efforts at doing what we do here at the bakery are well-received."
She also applauded her team at the Trappers Bakery.
"We are really proud of our team. They are the back bone of the bakery," she said.
The bakery emerged winners in several others categories including two pasties (second), Four Strand Plait, white loaf and two fancy white rolls (second and third).
"It gives us the encouragement to keep working to better ourselves," he said.
They are also the owners of another bakery in Braidwood called as the 'Braidwood Bakery' since 2006.
