AUBURN St was filled with the sounds of Goulburn’s talented young musicians, as they battled to take out the Goulburn Regional Conservatorium’s second annual Buskout competition.

Megan Baragry was awarded the Buskout Champion prize, with judges noting her “beautiful confidence combined with a strong sense of style and total ownership of her music”.
Second place was the “cool and smooth voice and guitar combo” of Darcy Lamb and Lachlan Bensley, with “brilliant young cellist” Brendan McConnell, who brought a bit of European style to Auburn St, taking home third place.
